Kegel balls, or Ben Wa balls, have been used for centuries to strengthen vaginal and pelvic floor muscles. Now that you’ve got the basics,  start setting yourself challenges; try to  contract your pelvic floor while walking , while having a shower , cleaning the house. On average, a workout with balls should take no more than two hours, but it may take longer if it is comfortable.
